A statewide program of the California Public Utilities Commission which provides free specialized phone for individuals who have difficulty hearing, seeing, moving, remembering, or speaking. JFS Fix-It Service
Provides free minor home safety repairs and modifications for seniors such as installation of wireless doorbells, safety grab bars, hand rails, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
